Dr. Stefan Knep received his veterinary degree from both the Free University in Berlin, Germany in 1990 and the University of Minnesota in 1993. He spent twelve years at Long Lake Veterinary Clinic in Long Lake, MN, and joined the staff of St. Francis Animal & Bird Hospital in April of 2005. He lives with his wife, Heidi; three children, Maren, David, and Evan; his Dachshund, Pretzel; and two rats in the Longfellow neighborhood in Minneapolis. Dr. Knep can provide guidance to those trying to raise their dog or cat bilingually—German and English. It is never too late to give your pet a decent education!
