Lauren is a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota with a dual degree in Animal Science and Nutrition. She joined St. Francis in 2007 as a veterinary assistant. Lauren shares her home with her wonderful husband, Matt; two rambunctious Boxers, Roxy and Phaser; and a very talkative African Gray parrot, Joe. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and being a foster mom with the Minnesota Boxer Rescue.
