Poisonous Plants

Some plants can be toxic for your pets so it’s important to do some research before bringing in a new household plant or designing your outdoor garden. The plants on our list have a wide range of toxicities – some just cause mild stomach upset while others are life-threatening. Despite our best efforts, this is not an all-inclusive list.

Other helpful sources for toxic plants include:

Veterinary Partner Veterinary Partner ( www.veterinarypartner.com) and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) Animal Poison Control (www.aspca.org).

Despite our best efforts, this is not an all-inclusive list.
